- This campaign starts February 1st till March 8th, 2026, or while stocks last, at all Thai Odyssey outlets in Malaysia and online store.
- Customers will receive one (1) pack of red packets and one (1) lucky draw entry per transaction of RM128 and above.
- While all eligible customers can receive the red packets, they are reserved for customers celebrating the Chinese New Year on first-come-first-served basis.
- A total of 288 lucky draw winners will be announced by the end of March 2026 via Thai Odyssey’s Instagram Story (and pinned to Highlight for one month) as well as on our Facebook page. All results are final, and the lucky draw will be conducted fairly under the supervision of Thai Odyssey Management.
- THAI ODYSSEY shall not be held liable for any damages caused by the customer’s non-compliance with the above terms.
- THAI ODYSSEY reserves the right to amend or withdraw the terms and conditions stated without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the management shall be deemed final.

- 8% SST will be incurred with every package top-up or purchase.
- Package credit value, added value and validity are subject to package type.
- Customer who purchases more than one package within the validity period, its package credits will be accumulated and package validity shall be updated based on the validity of the latest purchase or whichever has the longer validity.
- Customer who has purchased more than one package, package credit redemption is based on first-in first-out basis.
- Package credit redemption is valid for any non-promotional a la carte services, products and vouchers at any THAI ODYSSEY outlet in Malaysia.
- Package credit redemption is not valid for any promotional offers.
- A registration fee of RM10 to join as a member of THAI ODYSSEY Loyalty Programme will be waived when customer sign up for package.
- Package credit value and loyalty points are not transferable, refundable nor exchangeable for cash.
- Member is responsible for the safekeeping of own account and password.
- If there has been an unauthorised transaction performed, member is required to notify THAI ODYSSEY immediately.
- An OTP code will be sent to the registered mobile number stated in the THAI ODYSSEY membership account, for new setup of the account, update or recovery of password.
- All customers are encouraged to call for an appointment and only a 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrival. After which, the slot shall be given to another person on the waiting list.
- THAI ODYSSEY shall not be held liable for any damages caused by the customer non-compliance with the above terms.
- THAI ODYSSEY reserves the right to modify or terminate the terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
