- A one-time 8% SST charge upon package / service voucher purchase.
- Only one (1) cashless payment is accepted in a single transaction, unless combined with Cash Voucher.
- This promotion is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or items, and not stackable with existing packages, vouchers, or promotions.
- Customers are encouraged to reserve via Thai Odyssey App or call outlet. A 10-min grace period is allowed for late arrival. After which, the reserved slot shall be given to another person on the waiting list.
- Thai Odyssey shall not be held liable for any damages caused by the customer’s non-compliance with the terms.
- Thai Odyssey reserves the right to amend or withdraw the terms and conditions stated without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the management shall be deemed final.
- This promotional package is valid for redemption for six (6) months from purchase date and at the outlet of purchase.
- All seven (7) or four (4) services and durations must be the same; mix-and-match is not allowed.
- A registration fee of RM10 to join as a member of Thai Odyssey Loyalty Programme will be waived with the above promotion.
- Loyalty points will be given according to the price stated, based on RM1 is equivalent to 1 point excluding SST. Validity period of loyalty points is 12 months from the month of purchase, thereafter any unredeemed points will be forfeited.
- Loyalty points will be accumulated and date of validity will be updated from the month of member’s last purchase, when member’s account stay active with the purchase of any item within the validity period.
- Loyalty points are not transferable nor exchangeable for cash.
- Member is responsible for the safekeeping of own account and password. If there has been an unauthorised transaction performed, member is required to notify Thai Odyssey immediately.
- An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number stated in the Thai Odyssey’s membership account, for new setup of the account and update or recovery of password.
- ‘Buy 5 Free 2’ is valid for full-body services only until October 31st, 2026, at Seventeen Mall, AEON Mall Nilai, Day Dream by Thai Odyssey, Datum Jelatek, Sanctuary Mall, Hextar World at Empire City, AEON Mall Cheras Selatan, Pelangi Avenue, Pearl Shopping Gallery, AEON Mall Ipoh Station18, Sunway Giza, 3 Damansara, and The Mines outlets.
- ‘Buy 3 Free 1’ is valid for full-body services only until October 31st, 2026, at Concorde Hotel KL, Cititel Mid Valley, Imago Shopping Mall, Sabah, Holiday Villa JB, Mahkota Parade, Sungei Wang Plaza, and Suria Sabah Shopping Mall outlets.
- The validity for Service Voucher is six (6) months from date of purchase. T&C of Service Voucher apply.
- Mix-and-match service and duration is allowed. The free two (2) or one (1) Service Voucher applies to the lowest-priced item.

- Package credit value, added value and validity are subject to package type.
- Customer who purchases more than one package within the validity period, its package credits will be accumulated and package validity shall be updated based on the validity of the latest purchase or whichever has the longer validity.
- Customer who has purchased more than one package, package credit redemption is based on first-in first-out basis.
- Package credit redemption is valid for any non-promotional a la carte services, products and vouchers at any THAI ODYSSEY outlet in Malaysia.
- Package credit redemption is valid for non-promotional à la carte services, products, and service vouchers at any THAI ODYSSEY outlet in Malaysia.
- Package credit redemption is not valid for any promotional offers.
