- This promotion is valid for new package signup or existing Package top-up of RM900 to be eligible to receive RM160 cashback to be credited into their account.
- This promotional package is valid for redemption at all outlets for 12 months from the date of purchase. Extension is strictly not allowed. Other Package terms and conditions apply.
- Only one (1) cashless payment is accepted in a single transaction, unless combined with Cash Voucher for in-stores.
- This promotion is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or items, and not stackable with vouchers or promotions.
- A registration fee of RM10 to join as a member of Thai Odyssey’s Loyalty Programme will be waived with this promotion.
- Loyalty points (900) will be given according to the price stated (RM900), based on RM1 is equivalent to 1 point excluding SST. Validity period of loyalty points is 12 months from the month of purchase, thereafter any unredeemed points will be forfeited.
- Loyalty points will be accumulated and date of validity will be updated from the month of member’s last purchase, when member’s account stay active with the purchase of any item within the validity period.
- Loyalty points are not transferable nor exchangeable for cash.
- Member is responsible for the safekeeping of own account and password. If there has been an unauthorised transaction performed, member is required to notify Thai Odyssey immediately.
- An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number stated in the Thai Odyssey’s membership account, for new setup of the account and update or recovery of password.
- Price is subject to 8% SST.

- This promotion is valid for Half Body Massage of 30-minute duration, priced at RM49.00 before SST, from 12:00PM to 2:00PM between Monday and Friday, excluding public and replacement public holidays.
- This promotion is not valid for Service Voucher purchase, and not stackable with existing packages or other ongoing offers, vouchers, and promotions.
- Only one (1) cashless method is allowed per transaction, unless combined with Cash Vouchers.
- Customers are encouraged to reserve via Thai Odyssey App or call outlet. A 10-min grace period is allowed for late arrival. After which, the reserved slot shall be given to another person on the waiting list.
- Thai Odyssey shall not be held liable for any damages caused by the customer’s non-compliance with the terms.
- Thai Odyssey reserves the right to amend or withdraw the terms and conditions stated without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the management shall be deemed final.
