1. Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive
  • Candidate must possess relevant experience in marketing position.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • Good sense of creativity.
  • Plan, manage, maintain and control marketing strategies & public relation activities.
  • Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with positive attitude and cope with given tight deadlines.
2. Spa Operations Audit & Administrations Executive
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in related field.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Well organized and attention to detail.
  • Those with working experience in retail business will be an added advantage.
  • Ensure outlets operations compliance with company’s SOPs, administration and policies.
  • Check and follow-up with respective outlets on Gift Voucher Book and Loyalty Program
  • Monitor the outlet staff duty rosters
  • Conduct investigation on stock discrepancy.
  • Conduct operational internal audit review.
  • Work closely with all the area managers to introduce and execute new company measures and policies.
3. Administrative Assistant (Inventory & Asset)
  • Minimum Diploma holder.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Open Office, Microsoft Word, Excel and/or Access and email / internet.
  • Possess valid driving license and preferable with own transport.
  • Willing to travel.
4. Receptionist
  • Answer telephone, screen and direct all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
  • Redirect calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
  • Greet, assist and direct the visitors (customer, supplier, vendor, interview candidate) to the appropriate staff.
  • Pick-up and deliver the mail and receive courier document/parcel.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Good communication skills and pleasant personality
5. Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor (Based at outlet)
  • Preferably Female
  • Pleasant Personality & Good Interpersonal Skill
  • Provide customer support and assistance
  • To handle telephone enquiries and carry out general administrative works
  • Able to work on shift basis
  • Based at shopping centres in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Sembilan, Johor, and Penang.
  • New outlets opening soon in KLIA 2 (Sepang) & Bangsar Village 3 (KL).
